The Ranks

No plan can be considered a good plan without knowing where you are going and where you have been. Because of this, we have developed the Strive Training Ranks to set a standard of progression for our athletes to visualize and set a goal for their growth. These ranks also serve to build upon one another to be able to handle effectively and safely the next level of progression.

Phoenix- The athlete has lived their whole life up to this point training, living, and acting a certain way. At the Phoenix level they are reborn. A focus on relative strength and a heavy emphasis on bodyweight training allow the athlete to gain the necessary foundation to rise in the Strive Training Ranks.

Apprentice- The athlete has progressed to a point in which they can effectively control and move their own bodyweight. The have developed the necessary foundation of strength needed for ensuing work. Introductory weight training begins, focusing on learning technique and showing the ability to replicate good form in all lifts. Bodyweight training is still heavily used during this phase in an athlete’s growth.

Predator- The athlete, at this point, is at the top tier of Strive Training. They have been built up to a point far superior than most of their opponents. As they continue to grow and develop as a Predator, their strength and power, as well as their mental toughness and drive, will allow them to attack every aspect of their sport with a confidence and intensity unmatched by any of their opponents . Challenges in competition are not seen as insurmountable, but rather more opportunities to dominate and grow.
